My name is Michael Mokoena, but you can call me Mike. I used to be a professional boxer with a record of 15 fights, you can say I’ve been around the block. I won 10 by knockout and lost 5. I've traveled to many places for boxing locally and overseas, but my true passion is teaching it in a fun fitness way. For the last 10 years, I've trained people to help them lose weight, gain confidence, and learn self-defense. I want to inspire more men, women, and kids to change their lives through boxing fitness. Please don’t hesitate to give me a call if you need help with anything, my doors are open to all fitness levels.
